It all started with a bit of flour, some butter and a taste for international markets. EZDO began as the vision of one man, Jean-Marc Lhermite, whose experience in export and industrial baking led to the creation of this company in 2001 with the desire to promote and export part of France's culinary heritage abroad. EZDO's initial focus was on Asia, and Japan in particular, through a continuing strong partnership with Japanese company Top Trading from 2003. The first few years were the most complex, allowing EZDO's DNA and culture to be gradually established: service, adaptation and flexibility. From 2014, EZDO's development took on a new dimension with the creation of La Boulangerie des Gourmets, focusing on the North American market. While retaining its DNA, we have been able to develop a service company whose job is to source and adapt products for our different markets. Our range of services extends from product design, through compliance management and logistics, to distribution and marketing. Today, EZDO is a family venture boosted by committed and talented teams comprising almost 50 employees of around 15 nationalities, with operations spanning 5 continents and a turnover of almost €120m. Our ambition for 2024 is to pursue our development in France and internationally, and to continue to act as an accelerator and reliable partner for our partners and customers, drawing on our established networks and international offices (Lyon, Paris, Miami, London, Tokyo, Singapore, Dubai and Istanbul).
