Libellula is a collective of family farmers dedicated to producing regeneratively farmed extra virgin olive oil just outside of Rome. Our olive oil is 3-6 times higher in antioxidants and polyphenols compared to typical olive oils. We offer a variety of products including our Classico, Riserva, and gift boxes, allowing customers to experience the authentic flavors of Italian olive oil. Private label and wholesale available.

375ml Classico Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our Classico olives are pressed in November, much earlier than the big distributors.
While we are able to press less extra virgin olive oil from the small olives, they have a more concentrated level of nutrients and a polyphenol count of between 350 to 400 mg/kg – 3 to 4 times more than typical extra virgin olive oil.
Flavor Notes: floral & peppery with undertones of apple & artichoke.

Libellula is a collective of Italian family farmers in the hills just outside of Rome making regeneratively farmed, all-natural, pesticide-free extra virgin olive oil.
Because we use regenerative farming and prioritize an early harvest, Libellula is 3-6 times higher in antioxidants & polyphenols than typical extra virgin olive oil.
We founded Libellula to save small-scale Italian farmers who were abandoning their groves due to climate change. As a collective, we pool our knowledge and resources, ensuring each farmer can keep their groves for many more generations to come.

375ml Riserva Extra Virgin Olive Oil
The Riserva is our early harvest, limited-release extra virgin olive oil, harvested in late September-mid October. The olives’ concentration of polyphenols and antioxidants are at their height, between 500 and 600 mg/kg – 5-6 times higher in polyphenols and antioxidants than typical extra virgin olive oil.
But as the Riserva olives are even smaller than the Classico, we can only extract a tiny amount of antioxidant-rich olive oil, resulting in a limited quantity of Riserva each year.
Flavor Notes: bright, herbaceous, spicy, with undertones of walnut.
